		<description>Awesome tips Veljko.  However, I don't agree that deadlifts are easy to learn for everyone. It took me about a year to nail it correctly.  I think a few more tips would be for people to focus on keeping the heels in the ground. Think of them being glued to the floor.  The other point that really helped me was for me to squeeze my buttcheecks at the top of each pull.  Hopefully these tips will help some people keep safe in the weight room</description>

		<description>These are great tips. I find that often people will try to just restrict calories to drop weight or just try to lift heavier to gain muscle. The trouble with these ideas is that without shocking your body you are not going to make any good changes.
